RELINE offers installers equipment precisely tailored to the Alphaliner, for trenchless pipeline renovation projects that are successful the first time. To provide a safe, convenient and all-inclusive platform for our Alphaliner installations, we also offer accessory and ancillary support equipment for use at the installation site.

Material-friendly liner feed relieves physical burden on the installation crew

DN 2000 IF CONVEYOR BELT

Reline America’s mobile folding conveyor is used to assist with the liner installation process. It is designed to facilitate the insertion of the Cured-in-Place Pipe into the existing host pipes, its material-friendly liner feed relieving physical burden on the installation crew. The conveyor aids in the folding and transportation of our flexible liner, from the crate to the installation site within the pipe. This mobile solution provides flexibility for CIPP applications in different locations and scenarios.

Conveyor belt with integrated folding device up to DN 2000

This newly developed conveyor belt is designed for the installation of very large, heavy GRP hose liners with up to 273 lb/yd (250 kg/m), as these can be inserted into the sewer particularly safely and gently. The conveyor is equipped with a self-regulating hydraulic system, an integrated hydraulic winch with a pulling force of seven tons for pulling the GRP liner out of the transport box, and a wireless remote control. The process parameters (date, time, speed, direction, load/liner weight) are automatically recorded for online documentation of the installation.

This conveyor belt with automatic folding device supports the installation of GRP hose liners with large dimensions, so they can be inserted into the sewer particularly safely and gently.

Conveyor belt up to DN 1200

The conveyor belt supports the installation of GRP hose liners of large dimensions. It is designed to absorb large loads of up to 201 lb/yd (100 kg/m) to enable the pipe liner to be pulled in safely and gently.

ANCILLARY SUPPORT EQUIPMENT

We supply all equipment and application technology required for the preparatory and follow-up work of pipeline rehabilitation on the construction site. The entire range of accessories and tools can also be rented as needed.
