Regional Sales Manager

Great Lakes Territory (MN, WI, IL, IN, MI)

Must Be located in United States

Must have Wastewater Collection System and Stormwater Systems

Responsibilities of the position are:

  • Identify, engage, and influence utility/infrastructure owners and consulting engineers to issue projects for pipe lining with Reline America products
  • Identify, engage, and influence installers to bid projects and install using Reline America lining products and equipment.
  • Oversee assigned strategic customers and coordinate inter-territory sales activity
  • Partner and collaborate with Sr. Business Development Manager and Director of Operations to on- board installers and to manage project bids
  • Monitor and report to management all market and competitor activity regarding pricing and products
  • Promote and advance Reline America technology through social media activity, tradeshow exhibits, and industry organization networking and participation

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of demonstrated success in sales, engineering, product or project management with wastewater collection and Stormwater systems
  • Desire to travel 50%
  • High level of understanding of municipal project bidding process
  • High level of understanding of underground pipe infrastructure
  • Strong technical skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
  • Strong relationship skills and customer service mentality
  • Proven history of organizational effectiveness and follow through
  • Strong familiarity with business and financial principles & practices, including a working knowledge of budgets, forecasting, profitability analysis
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
  • Excellent problem solving/judgment skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organization skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.

Environment:

This position is remote. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc. This is a full-time position. This position requires travel.
