Built on a small truck chassis (2008 Ford F550 4x4 pictured) this truck is designed for easement operations but still gives the versatility for the larger "on-street" installations.
Reline America's Blue-Tek™ Cured in Place Pipe system curing truck is equipped with the latest curing system which includes either a 500' or 1000' cable reel and a portable control unit that boasts an integrated touch-screen panel. This touch-screen panel is the nerve center for the latest version of our award-winning Quality-Tracker™ System that documents every foot of the curing process on a tamper-proof computer hard drive.
Blue-Tek™ is a proven product that is cost-competitive with other CIPP products,and has a documented 50+ year service life based on accelerated testing protocols (life expectancy is dependent on field conditions and can vary).
Computer Curing Documentation Includes:
- Initial calibration of the curing equipment
- Lamp intensity and number of lit lamps
- Inner air pressure of the liner in psi
- Curing speed in feet per minute (FPM)
- Documentation of cure cycle on entire liner
- In addition the customer receives immediate CCTV documentation of every foot of the installed CIPP recorded during the curing process.
