Reline America's new mobile curing truck for our Blue-Tek™ Cured in Place Pipe System.

Built on a small truck chassis (2008 Ford F550 4x4 pictured) this truck is designed for easement operations but still gives the versatility for the larger "on-street" installations.

Reline America's Blue-Tek™ Cured in Place Pipe system curing truck is equipped with the latest curing system which includes either a 500' or 1000' cable reel and a portable control unit that boasts an integrated touch-screen panel. This touch-screen panel is the nerve center for the latest version of our award-winning Quality-Tracker™ System that documents every foot of the curing process on a tamper-proof computer hard drive.
Blue-Tek™ is a proven product that is cost-competitive with other CIPP products,
and has a documented 50+ year service life based on accelerated testing protocols (life expectancy is dependent on field conditions and can vary).

Reline America, Inc. is proud to introduce the next step in lining technology with our
Blue-Tek AR™ liner. This state of the art technology utilizes various technical fabrics to create a liner with both incredible strength and near frictionless veneer for improved wastewater flow and abrasion resistance. We maintain our belief that liners should be wetted out in a controlled manufacturing facility in order to increase liner quality and consistency instead of on a jobsite. Blue-Tek AR™ liner is available in lengths up to 1000 ft and can be manufactured to fit any diameter from 6” to 24” and will soon be available up to 48”. At Reline America, Inc. we have dedicated ourselves to the pursuit of new technologies and innovations that will allow us to stay on the cutting edge of the CIPP industry.
